Good Vibration

For the very first time in his career, Jisbar exhibited his art in Africa, precisely in Abidjan in the Ivory Coast and created 30 exclusive works entirely dedicated to his first solo show on the continent. Steeped in local culture, Jisbar includes his greatest classics like « Son of a Man » or « La Vénus de Milo '', but with many symbols and nods to the country’s pop culture in every artwork. He has also created two monumental pieces for the occasion, one which pays tribute to the country’s president Felix Houphouet Boigny and another, his favorite one, the Mona Lisa, surrounded by the most representative symbols of Abidjan.
